No separate business entity is represented. A postal service address remains to be supplied before public launch. These terms do not eliminate the operator's legal obligations or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Eligibility and account security
This initial service is intended for United States residents age 18 or older. Do not create an account if you do not meet those requirements. Provide an email address you control, complete verification, keep your credentials confidential and report suspected unauthorized access. Do not impersonate another person or transfer accounts to evade restrictions. Supabase manages authentication. Required legal acceptance is recorded with your account; material updates may require fresh acceptance before garage access.
Your uploads and permissions
You retain whatever rights you hold in your uploads. You must own or have the necessary permission or other lawful authority to upload, store, modify and use photographs, artwork, logos, trademarks and other materials, including materials visible in vehicle photographs. Do not assume that finding an image online grants permission. You grant the operator only the nonexclusive permission reasonably needed to host, process, display privately to you, secure and operate the requested features. This does not transfer ownership of your materials to the operator.
Acceptable use
Do not upload unlawful, infringing, exploitative, threatening or abusive content, intimate content without consent, malicious files or unnecessary sensitive personal information. Do not use editing tools for fraud, impersonation, infringement, harassment or other illegal activity. Do not probe other users' garages, bypass authorization, abuse quotas, extract secrets or disrupt the service. Generated previews must be used lawfully; you remain responsible for your choices and any necessary permissions.
Generated previews and physical safety
Generated images and the 3D sample are visual concepts. They may contain mistakes, distort dimensions or misrepresent a vehicle, component, finish or lighting. No preview establishes mechanical compatibility, fitment, engineering safety, emissions compliance, insurance acceptance or road legality. Consult qualified professionals and relevant rules before purchasing parts or modifying a real vehicle. Do not rely on this application for driving, installation or safety-critical decisions. No warranty of accurate image generation, product availability or retailer pricing is provided.
Parts, retailers and affiliation
Parts prices and installation estimates are currently entered by users. Retailer links are external and their availability, prices, terms and products can change. The app currently has no affiliate commission integration; any future paid referral relationship must be disclosed where it matters. Car Tweaker is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by or officially associated with Ford, Chevrolet, Dodge, Toyota, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Ferrari or other vehicle manufacturers unless expressly stated. Their trademarks, names and logos remain their owners' property. This disclaimer does not authorize infringing use.
Application intellectual property

No permission is granted to copy, redistribute, sell or commercially exploit the proprietary source code without written authorization, subject to applicable law. Third-party packages, model weights, photographs and the licensed showcase retain their own licenses and attribution requirements. No exclusive ownership of third-party or automatically generated material is claimed. Client-side code is delivered to browsers; technical access does not itself grant a commercial redistribution license.
Private storage, complaints and enforcement
Garages are private by default; no public sharing is offered. Authorized operational access may be needed to investigate reports, enforce policies or respond to valid legal process. Copyright and abuse reports can be submitted at /copyright or to the operator contact. A complaint is not automatically proof of infringement. Administrators review reports and may warn, restrict specific projects, suspend or terminate accounts in appropriate circumstances. Substantiated repeat infringement is evaluated in context, including counter-notices and reversals; there is no automatic accusation-count rule.
Availability, warranties and limits
To the extent permitted by applicable law, this development service is supplied as available and without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement or uninterrupted operation. To that same extent, the operator excludes liability for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the service. These provisions do not exclude fraud, willful misconduct or any liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited. No fixed damages cap, mandatory arbitration clause or class-action waiver is imposed in this draft; counsel must review enforceability before launch.
Deletion, disputes and changes
You can request account deletion in Profile and delete individual vehicles through their garage controls. Data handling and limited complaint-record retention are described in the Privacy Policy. If a dispute arises, contact isaacmccane2@gmail.com for an informal review; this does not waive legal rights or filing deadlines. Kentucky and applicable U.S. law are proposed for this Kentucky-operated service, subject to mandatory consumer protections and attorney review. No exclusive venue is selected in this draft. Material changes are versioned and presented for renewed affirmative acceptance; prior versions remain readable. Stop using protected features if you do not accept, while retaining access to account deletion and contact information.
