By affirmatively accepting this disclosure, you confirm that you own the photos, images, logos and other materials you upload, or have the rights, permissions or other lawful authority needed to upload and modify them. You are responsible for considering both the photograph itself and protected material depicted within it.
Limited processing permission
You authorize Car Tweaker to store and process the submitted materials solely as needed to deliver your requested features, secure the service and handle valid reports/legal requirements. You do not transfer ownership of your uploads. Generated designs may resemble protected material or contain errors; review rights and safety before using them commercially or making physical modifications. No guarantee of copyright eligibility, exclusivity, manufacturer endorsement or fitment is made.
Questions and reporting
If you lack permission, do not upload the material. Report suspected misuse through /copyright or isaacmccane2@gmail.com. Acceptance does not excuse unlawful behavior or remove the operator's responsibilities. Required eligibility is U.S. residence and age 18 or older; no optional marketing permission is requested.
